Terms of Service

AI Ad Engine is an internal tool operated by Beyond (Global Support Limited), a company registered in New Zealand. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Beyond, and “the tool” means AI Ad Engine at ads.gobeyond.nz.

The tool is not open to the public and there is no sign-up. Access is granted to a fixed list of Beyond staff addresses, and an address that is not on that list cannot sign in or read any data held in the tool. If you have reached ads.gobeyond.nz without having been given access, there is nothing there for you and you should close the tab.

The tool reads a publicly available product page from a link you supply, uses that information to draft advertising angles and scripts, and keeps a record of which of those you approved. Later stages will render video creative and read back the performance of campaigns you have run.

The tool does not create campaigns and does not spend money. Campaign creation, budget and spend all remain manual actions taken by a person in TikTok Ads Manager.

Ad angles and scripts are produced by an AI model and are drafts. They can be wrong, can misread a product page, and can be unsuitable for a given audience or market. Nothing the tool produces is reviewed by us before you see it.

You are responsible for what you publish. Before running anything as an advert, check it is accurate about the product, that you hold the rights to any material it draws on, and that it complies with TikTok’s advertising policies and with the consumer and advertising law of every market you target. Where a claim in a script cannot be substantiated, do not run it.

You agree not to use the tool to:

• Produce advertising that is misleading, or that makes claims about a product you cannot substantiate
• Process product pages you have no right to use, or content that infringes someone else's rights
• Attempt to reach data belonging to another user, or to bypass the access list
• Place load on the tool, or on any service it connects to, beyond ordinary use

The tool relies on services operated by others, including Anthropic for generation, Supabase for storage and authentication, Vercel for hosting, and TikTok for creative and campaign data. Your use of the tool is also subject to the terms of those services where they apply. We are not responsible for their availability.

This is an internal tool under active development. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, without notice, and we do not promise it will be available or error free.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the tool after a change means you accept the updated terms.

To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of the tool, including lost advertising spend, lost revenue and the consequences of publishing generated content. Nothing here limits any right you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the law of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
